I am James Grind and I am taking part in 3,000 Push Ups in June for Teenage Cancer Trust. That's on average 100 push ups a day! Now cancer has always been a facet of life I have never been able to avoid, and I have lost many friends and family to this treacherous disease.

So it is important for me more than ever to say f*ck you to cancer.

With this all being said my fellow Grinders. Don't let my hard work go to waste, if you can donate any money at all it mean the world to me just as much as it will to the teenagers that need the healthcare the most. James Grind out.
