In Loving Memory Of James Salmon

Pippa Salmon is raising money for The Scout Association
In memory of James Salmon
Every penny helps UK Scouts to grow and reach more young people from all backgrounds. Your donation could help set up a Scout group in a deprived area, provide essential training for volunteers or fund a new activity. The possibilities are endless. Please don't use this page for local fundraising.

Story

James was a huge supporter of the scout movement. He was involved from a very young age through his parents and grandparents and was himself a Cub, Scout and Venture Scout. He achieved his Queen's Scout Award and was a member of the Queen's Scout Working Party. He took advantage of every opportunity Scouts afforded him including going to America and Poland.

James and Anne met 25 years ago whilst on the Service Crew at a Venture Scout/Ranger Guide weekend. His children, Alex and Pippa, are also involved in the movement and are both now Explorers, a fact of which James was very proud.

Any donation you make in James' memory will go towards offering other Scouts opportunities he had.
