Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 2019 · 4 August 2019 ·
When I injured myself last October I thought I'd soon be back on both feet but had quite a struggle to retain just a small level of fitness. Then I foolishly volunteered to cycle 100 miles in the hope that the training would help me with my struggle and at the same time I would be able to raise a ton of money for Aspire.
That's where you come in - if I can manage the 100 miles, then I thought it wouldn't be too much to ask for you to sponsor me to raise funds on behalf of one of the most worthwhile charities in action today.
ASPIRE is the registered charity helping those people permanently paralysed through spinal cord injury. I would be very grateful for any donations, as would many people reliant on ASPIRE.
