Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this disease. We are a leading voice calling for support and action for research into what is called the last battleground against cancer.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm a consultant neurosurgeon based in Oxford UK, a role that involves caring for patients with brain tumours on a daily basis. As such it is an enormous privilege to run the 2022 London Marathon for Brain Tumour Research, a fantastic charity supporting research on Brain Tumours and therefore very close to my heart. Through this opportunity not only am I participating in my first marathon! but I, hope, through your kind donations, to support a very important cause. Thank you!
