Story

Following the disappointment of the cancellation last year I am pleased to let everyone know that a new date has been set for the National Three Peaks Challenge.

We will be leaving Emerald Headingley on 4th September 2020 and when we return on 6th September have will walked a total of 23 miles and climbed 3064m during our ascent of the highest peaks of Scotland England and Wales.  Ben Nevis, Scarfell and Snowdon. The aim is to complete this in 24hours.

We will be restarting  our training walks in preparation for the big one.The Yorkshire Cricket Foundation carry out an  amazing variety of good work in the community and I am proud to be supporting them so can do even more. Cricket and Yorkshire means so much to so many and it really does change lives.

I am incredibly grateful for the support I have  had with the RoseRunners. My Monday evening after work runs really help keep me fit both physically and mentally as well as the social benefit of running with friends.
