Derek and Jane are taking on the challenge of walking to Everest base camp in September 2022. The trek involves walking 120kms reaching an altitude of 5500m over 13 / 14 days in total; training has started in earnest.

John King was a colleague and friend of Derek’s whose life was cut short by this illness. We both have fond memories of John both professionally and personally and want to support a wonderful man and his family.
