Story

The Mad-Maids of Polperro and the Goring Gulls are groups of like-minded women who appreciate the benefits that regular sea water swimming brings.

Ten Maids/Gulls have been lucky enough to secure places in this year's St Michael's Mount swim and we need your support to encourage us to complete this challenging swim of around 1.3 miles
around the island together. Any amount you can give, really does make a difference. The Chestnut Appeal for Men's Health Mission is: to increase awareness of Prostate Cancer, Testicular Cancer and Penile Cancer; to get more men talking about their health and taking action; to fund salaries of Specialist Prostate Cancer Nurses; to provide equipment for Prostate Cancer care; to fund the latest treatments that may not be available on the NHS; to run and facilitate online resources and support groups. The success of The Chestnut Appeal is a testament to what can be achieved if we all work together
as a community.
Thank you for your support.
