I lost both my brothers through suicide - Douglas, my  oldest brother hung himself at the age of 28 (I was 25 when I found him) and Ronald  my elder brother purposely took a drugs overdose at 40. A complete waste of two young lives. For my Mum to loose two of her three children is uncomprehendable to me . Obviously this had a devasting effect on the family left behind asking why?, what If? , what could we have done to prevent this from happening?  May be in some small way I can help save a young life by supporting this very worthy cause. 

Man v mountain is a 22 mile legendary mountain adventure race that starts at sea level in Caemarfon Castle and weaves its way to the summit of Snowdon and down the other side into Dinorwic Quarry where there is an array of punishing obstacles including the infamous vertical kilometre.
