We pioneer life-saving cancer research to help us beat cancer

Story

Cameron and 11 of his classmates are walking from Hastings Pier to Brighton Pier, a distance of 38 miles om Friday 5th May. They will be leaving at 6.30am and hope to reach Brighton by 8pm. The walk will be in aid of Cancer Research UK, which for Cameron is a very personal reason. He will be walking it in memory of his Grandfather who died a few weeks ago, having been diagnosed with Esophageal Cancer just 5 days before. By raising funds hopefully this will help with the research done to make Cancers more treatable.
Cameron himself has Fetal Anticonvulsant Syndrome which includes Aspergers, Asthma, and joint pain as part of this condition. He also has short hamstrings which means that he has to do physio to help with the pain he gets because of it. This means that he has faced a lot of personal challenges of his own, including not wanting to be seen by people or enjoying physical activity.
Please support Cam and his classmates in their quest to raise funds for this great charity. Anyone that wants to cheer them on the route also will be very much appreciated.
