<div><span style="font-family: Arial;"> <p><span style="font-size: x-small;">Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="color: #000000; font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">In June 2011 a close friend of mine,<span class="245060710-25042012"> </span>Gail Miller Prior of Corfe Mullen, lost her<span class="245060710-25042012"> </span>22 month old son, Max, to a very rare<span class="245060710-25042012"> </span>condition called Sudden Unexplained<span class="245060710-25042012"> </span>Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP). Max was<span class="245060710-25042012"> </span>born the day before my twins Lola and<span class="245060710-25042012"> </span>Cooper and the three of them were<span class="245060710-25042012"> </span>good friends. It&rsquo;s very cruel that his life<span class="245060710-25042012"> </span>was cut short by this condition.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="color: #000000; font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">To commemorate Max's life, a group of<span class="245060710-25042012"> </span>family and friends have come together<span class="245060710-25042012"> </span>as TeamMAX whose goal is to be able<span class="245060710-25042012"> </span>to fund a research grant via Epilepsy<span class="245060710-25042012"> </span>Action into the causes and cures for all<span class="245060710-25042012"> </span>children and adults living with Epilepsy.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="color: #000000; font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">On 12th May 2012, TeamMAX hope to<span class="245060710-25042012"> </span>raise awareness and much needed<span class="245060710-25042012"> </span>funds by treking for charity to a native<span class="245060710-25042012"> </span>land beneath the rim of the Grand<span class="245060710-25042012"> </span>Canyon. We will descend over 3,100 ft<span class="245060710-25042012"> </span>into the Grand Canyon following an<span class="245060710-25042012"> </span>ancient Indian trail that leads to the<span class="245060710-25042012"> </span>Havasupai Indian Reservation. We will<span class="245060710-25042012"> </span>then embark on a series of day hikes<span class="245060710-25042012"> </span>that will enable us to explore this<span class="245060710-25042012"> </span>reservation. Once we have triumphantly<span class="245060710-25042012"> </span>hiked out of the Canyon we will return<span class="245060710-25042012"> </span>home on 19th May 2012.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: x-small;">Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
