We support thousands of people living with terminal illnesses & their families, in our three hospices, via our patient & family support services, and in the community through Myton at Home. We need to raise £12.7 million this year to provide our services free of charge – we can’t do it without you!

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In memory of my mum who sadly passed away on 15th March 2017, I am raising money for the wonderful charity Myton Hospice where my mum spent the last 10 days of her life.

This amazing charity provides palliative care that allows people to die with dignity, supporting both the patient and their families through the most difficult time imaginable.

Myton Hospice also provides care for patients recovering from life changing conditions like severe strokes, cancer treatment and also rest-bite. Simply they are there when people need them.

I aim to raise a little money to help keep this great cause going so on Sat 27th May 2017, I will be walking "A Coventry Way". www.acoventryway.org.uk This is a 40 mile trek across fields, roads and countryside using public footpaths. Fitbit users - this equates to 80,000 steps!

As if this challenge was not hard enough, I intend to complete this challenge in 12 hours.

Please donate something, however small, every penny counts.
