Siobhan and I are undertaking the Jane Tomlinson Leeds 10k on Sunday 4th July and whilst doing so we hope to raise some money for the Northern Ireland Chest, Heart and Stroke Charity.

For those of you that know us well you will know that this charity is particularly poignant and very personal to us both. You will also know that given the hedonistic lifestyle we both lead a 6.5 mile run on a Sunday morning is nothing to be scoffed at!

We realise these are frugual times but any contribution to this very worthwhile cause is greatly appreciated and you never know you might even feel a sense of self gratitude and well being by donating!
