Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My name is Jay Robson , I’m Iain's cousin. The above photo is of my cousin, Iain Elliot. Both me and my wife are doing this run/bike ride for my cousin as a tribute to a man who always raised money for others. I plan to run/ride from Harlech to Barmouth just over 10miles. This run will take place on the 10th April, 2010.

For those of you who don't know Iain. He’s has been taken ill and has been diagnosed with brain tumours. He has been having treatment for the past few months which, unfortunately has not been successful. We have now been told that there is no further treatment available to him.

This run/bike ride is dedicated to Iain and his family and for others like them, to provide support, assistance and an awareness of brain tumours, through the charity Hammer Out, a charity of Iain's choice.

For years Iain has been collecting and working for charities, demonstrating the selfless, loving, helpful, kind hearted person that he is. The message's i have read about his collecting for charities and the people's lives he has touched is unbelievable. So please dig deep and sponsor me now, this time it's for the man himself, the one, the only, the Legend that is Iain Elliot. One in a million.
