We are the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) and we're leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK.

Story

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK.Anyone can hit crisis point. CALM run a free and confidential helpline and webchat 7 hours a day, 7 days a week for anyone who needs to talk about lifes problems. Over the last 12 months I have organised a weekly five aside football match for my colleagues and I. During this time, I've realised how important the event has become to myself and my colleagues, during these strange times of returning back to office life. It has at times been difficult to adjust back to pre-covid times. Football has helped me and my peers to overcome this with the added benefits of social interaction, fitness and well-being. This year I look to take this to the next level and organise a company wide football match, to raise funds and awareness for suicide deaths within the UK on behalf of (CALM).
