Stephanie and I have decided to take on 90,000 steps in each week this January in support of Alzheimer Scotland in memory of my dad - Big Ron. Any kind donations will make a huge impact to the work and support that Alzheimer Scotland provide to those living with dementia in Scotland as well as their loved ones and carers.
