Brighton Santa Dash 2022 · 10 December 2022 ·

Join hundreds of Santas on a 5k run along Brighton seafront this December, raising money for Rockinghorse Children's Charity and helping sick babies, children and young people across Sussex.

Story

We are forgoing our bikes and running a massive 2.5k with just our legs(!) for the Santa Dash on the 10th of December. The team will be Jamie, Alice and a guest star all the way from Sweden; Denise! We are hoping to go above and beyond the recommended minimum contribution of £60 for three people, so any contributions are greatly appreciated and will go straight to the Rockinghorse Childrens Charity.

For more information on the Santa Dash and Rockinghorse Childrens Charity, please see below. :)

ROCKINGHORSE CHILDRENS CHARITY

Rockinghorse Children’s Charity support sick and disabled children across Sussex. The charity supports babies, children and young people, along with their families, at The Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital and The Trevor Mann Baby Unit in Brighton and all of the specialist children’s wards and baby units throughout Sussex.

Originally set up in 1967 by Dr Trevor Mann, they are the official fundraising arm of the Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital including the Trevor Mann Baby Unit. Since then, Rockinghorse have supported nearly a million children with lifesaving medical equipment, support for parents and families, environments and spaces for children and additional staff.

They do not receive any government, statutory or local authority funding and so rely on the generous support of individuals, community groups, companies and trusts: people like you, who care about children and want Sussex to be a safe place for children to grow up.
