We like a challenge (or rather Jem does) so we've signed up to bike from London to Brighton for the British Heart Foundation on 18th June. 

It's reallllly far - 54 miles. It's way further than we've cycled before and we'll be doing it rain or shine. We promise to be in head to toe lycra (hooray). And we promise to get as far up Ditchling Beacon as we can before we fall off our bikes. 

Any money you can donate to this worthy cause we'd really appreciate.

The British Heart Foundation do invaluable work researching ways to overcome heart conditions, especially with children and babies. They have pioneered transplant technology and made huge advances in heart attack treatment. One day they hope to find a cure for heart failure and heart disease to eradicate it entirely. 

They quite literally save lives, and they need our help to continue. Help us raise some money for them so they can continue this incredible work.
