We provide free end-of-life care to people affected by life-limiting illness

Story

This year my Mum is having to kick Cancer's arse (yet again!) and this time more than ever.

Anyone who knows my Mum knows her journey and how she never feels sorry for herself, ploughs on through and just gets on with it!

I honestly couldn't be more proud of her, she has such admirable strength both physically and mentally and when I grow up I want to be just like her.

Talking of growing up, I turn 30 this year (four days after the walk) so what better way to celebrate than to walk 30 miles for a third time.....and with my Dad who walks it every year and he's almost 60! What a trooper who also makes me extremely proud!

Do something once to get over the fear of doing it,
Twice, to learn how to do it,
And a third time to figure out whether you like it or not!

Just like my Mum (and my Dad!), I am not going to feel sorry for myself, plough on through and just get on with 30 miles for another year and hope that I like it as much as the last two times, and for many more to come!

Please give what you can to support such a great cause who support so many people through such difficult times.

Every penny will be appreciated!!
