My dad is a doo-er, he always has been.  Thats him in the photo below with my mum and daughter Grace.  He has recently been diagnosed with prostate cancer and is currently undergoing radiotherapy treatment after having surgery a couple of weeks ago to try and remove the tumour in his leg.  I think that he would agree that apart from the shock of being diagnosed the most difficult thing has been not being able to do things he could before ie taking the neighbours 5 dogs out for daily 5 mile walks amongst other things.  He is a lovely man and has looked after mum and me and my 3 brothers and grandchildren forever.  I would like to raise money for cancer research to hopefully help him and others but ultimately  to show him we love him and support him and are very proud to call him Dad and Grandpa.  So Im shaving my gorgeous locks(!) on Friday 19th August..pictures to follow.  Thank you for any donation you can give.
