On 26th July 2012 I am abseiling 150ft indoors through the atrium of the London Underwriting Centre, a large office in the City of London.

I hate man-made heights but this should be a crazy experience and it's all for a good cause.  To add to the excitement, it's a free-hanging abseil so there are no walls to bounce off...!!  Please donate as much as you can for The Prince's Trust - you won't notice the money gone from your account, but someone else will notice the benefit it gives them.
