On Sunday 20th October 2013 I will be attempting to run marathon no3 the TUI Marathon Palma de Mallorca.  If you are going to run 26.2 miles best get a few days holiday out of it, lol!

At the request of Ruth Harper I am running in aid of The Alzheimer's Society, every penny counts towards the fantastic support & help they offer to both individuals and their families.
