For my birthday this year, I’m asking for donations to the Women’s Environment Network. Over the last 2 years, I’ve become increasingly involved in work to tackle social and environmental justice issues and the intersection between these two areas has become ever more clear to me. The effects of climate change  are disproportionately felt by women and continuing gender inequality around the world means we often have the least power to tackle it. The Women’s Environment Network aims to achieve equality, justice and joy where gender and environmental issues meet.
