Adelaide is one of my surrogate twins. I'm Adelaide's surrogate mum. Devastatingly Adelaide was born asleep. Her twin brother is a happy little 3 year old running rings round his parents. 

I really find dealing with Adelaide's death very very hard. I feel if I can keep her memory alive I'm doing something for her. I'm doing a tombola/raffle stand at a surrogacy meet up. I know not everyone can attend so if not maybe you could donate a little on here. I'd be so so greatful for anything. Just to know people care will mean the world to me.
