Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On 30th July 2017, I will take part in the Ride 100 event.  A 100Mile Bike ride across London and Surrey.

I'd never event sat on a Road Bike until February and now I find I own one!!  I'm still recovering from my hip injury (caused by running) and while I'm enjoying the bicycle I do find it hard, even on the best of days! but I will be pulling on my padded cycle pants and digging deep for a cause which is very close to our family.

I'm under no illusion that this will be incredibly hard and I welcome all the support I can get!!  So, feel free to bake me some high energy oat bars, honk the horn and wave as you drive past me on my training rides and physically push me out the house for a ride when its wet and windy!

But above all, I hope that you will dig deep and find a few pounds to help me raise funds for Muscular Dystrophy.
