Once again I will be riding 180 miles from the "Thin blue line" in London to the national Arboretum in Staffs. I will be riding as part of the Met police contingent and meeting up with colleagues from other forces from across the uk along the way.

The ride takes place over 3 days and finishes at the Arboretum where a service takes place for fallen officers. Each of us will be wearing a band with the name of an officer who lost their life in the line of duty. I will then present the band to that officers family at the end of the ride.

All money raised goes to COPS and is spent providing support for families who have lost their loved ones.
