In May next year I will be undertaking an extremely gruelling challenge of completing a 100km walk over 2 days along the Jurassic Coast. I have never done anything like this before, and although I like to think I am pretty active and outdoorsy, this is going to be a real challenge that I’m going to have to spend time training for, and I imagine still leave me in a lot of pain both physically and mentally… 

Whilst this is a tremendous task to take on, I’m hoping the amazing scenery and help of my friends that are mad enough to be doing it with me, will help get me through, but the main motivation is raising a lot of money for a brilliant charity. 

I have chosen to raise money for Breast Cancer Now, and aim to get to £600 with any help you lovely people can possibly give me! Cancer will affect all of us at some point in our lives, so every donation, no matter how small, will help so much in the battle to beat cancer. 

Anything you can give to help would be so greatly appreciated, and if raising money for Breast Cancer Now is not enough of a reason to give a donation, please think of the blisters, tears and probably lost toenails I’m going to endure throughout this weekend, and also the suffering of my team that are going to have to look after me.
