So many of you have kindly asked to make a donation to a charity and we have chosen St John's hospice as the lovely carers that came to look after Martin (particuarly the wonderful Joy and Lana)  in his last weeks were so sensitive and caring to his needs and to those of our family.  Their unobtrusive and calm, warm presence meant that Martin and all of us were very comfortable with having them in our home.  We would like to thank St John's very much and we are so glad that the donations from this page will help them to continue to support patients and families.
