Ryan and I have decided to follow the Couch to 5k programme over the next 9 weeks, the hope is by the first week in December we will be able to run 5k without needing resuscitated :-) As we were already doing this we thought it would be a good way to raise some money for a local charity, we have picked Lothian Autistic Society.  We are hoping that you will donate £1 per week or just donate the £9 in total.  We will keep you updated on our progress. Ryan and I have already entered ourselves for the EMF (Edinburgh Marathon Festival) 2019.
