I am proud to be the the co-chair of Brighton and Hove Speak Out.  For 25 years Speak Out has been supporting people with learning disabilities to have a voice and the same rights, choices and control over their lives as everyone else.  

To mark our 25th anniversary we are launching our 25 Years Appeal to raise vital funds to continue and build on the essential work of the charity. Over the year we are aiming to raise £25,000 from donations and events.

To support our appeal, I am walking 100k with no sleeps!  I have funded my place myself, so every penny you donate will go towards Speak Out's appeal.
