Trinity Winchester is a homeless support charity in Winchester, their centre is at the bottom of my road. Last year they provided specialist support services to 117 women and so this August I am going to be running, walking and cycling 117km. This is about 4km every day. 

So I have dusted off the exercise bike I bought in Lockdown and will be  running round the beautiful nature reserve that is right next to the Trinity centre. I had been running about 4km once a week before this month so I am going to have to seriously up my game if I am going to reach 117km. 

So please help this woman help other women get the help and support to lead an independent life.
