Kara Ward is my daughter she has decided to take a challenge of running 19 miles in 19 days whilst we undergo circumstances in everyday life which everyone finds difficult due to the Coronavirus.

She is only 11 years old and wants to raise funds for our outstanding NHS to help support them when they need it the most.
