In February this year Lana, my 7 year old daughter was admitted to hospital where we were told she had Type 1 Diabetes. Although we get on with things it can be heartbreaking trying to help her understand its forever, we have to constantly keep an eye on her and what she's eating and when. Encourage her to test her blood upto 15 times a day and give her insulin injections 4 times a day. Its the night times which are the most worrying hoping her bloods don't drop too low whilst she's asleep.

By raising money for Juvenile Diabetes  I hope 1 day they will find a cure so no other children have to live with this daily battle!!
