Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. The song "Mother's Day" was written some time ago as a very personal tribute to my late Mum who died, leaving a young family, on 1 May 1978 after a long and arduous battle against breast cancer. "Mother's Day" tells our story but perhaps others listening to the song and reading this may be able to relate to her experience which, regrettably, is still all too common. This song was never intended for public consumption but it occurred to me recently that, through exposure on SoundCloud, it could be used to raise some funds via JustGiving to help in the fight against cancer in all its forms. Please give generously to this very worthwhile cause.
