Story
Many of you will be aware that my dear friend and mentor Fr Andrew Perry died recently following a diagnosis of Pancreatic Cancer.
In his memory, I am undertaking a challenge to raise money for Pancreatic Cancer UK by riding 100 miles during November on his bike which he left for me!
Now, I may be a keen cyclist, but 100 miles in November is a daunting thought to a fair-weather cyclist like me - I avoid riding in wind, rain, less that 20 degree temperatures, darkness, etc. Not much chance of avoiding that in November - it's cold and raining even now!
I'll provide regular updates on my Facebook page as the miles (hopefully) tick by, so you can track my progress.
