The National Autistic Society is here to transform lives, change attitudes and create a society that works for autistic people. There is still so much to do to increase opportunities, reduce social isolation and build a brighter future for autistic people. With your help, we can make it happen.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Like most people, I have been involved in quite a few charity events over the years, but have never had the opportunity to choose the charity myself.

Ultimately, as with many disability issues, the burden of care almost inevitably lies ultimately with the family. What makes the difference is the quality of support such families are given, not just financially, but with opportunities to share experiences, obtain advice, and be given access to respite care. Knowing how difficult this all is, I would like to do something to help the NAS provide more of these services, especially at a time when the government is having to draw back its provision.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Please help, and dig deep.
