I have decided to raise money for Speak Out, an independent charity that supports people with a learning disability. Much of the focus of Speak Out is to prevent people going into crisis with issues such as housing, relationships, finance and social isolation. 

I feel very privileged to run the marathon on behalf of this cause. If you decide to support me you can be sure that your donation will make a real difference to the lives of this socially vulnerable group.
