I am running the London Marathon this year for the first and last time.

This is for the charity Theodora Children’s Trust on behalf of Hurst Ladies Golf Club.  Every year, the 49 Hurst members chose a different charity to raise funds for.  This year they have chosen Theodora.

 Theodora Children’s Trust is a charity that brings laughter and happiness to sick children in hospital around the country, with a visit from the clown doctor.

A stay in hospital can be a daunting time for a child; away from home and the people they love.  Imagine their delight when a clown doctor transforms the ward into a magical play area. 

The 4 to 5 hours of pain that I will no doubt endure, will be a small sacrifice.

 Please give generously to this worthy cause and help Hurst ladies golf club and myself raise as much money as possible.
