I'm taking part in the aware Christmas Run to raise vital funds for aware, Aware is the national organisation providing vital emotional support and information to individuals affected by depression,as well as concerned family and friends, more than 450,000 in Ireland(one in ten) experience depression at anyone time, to help in some way I've decided to run/walk the 5k route on Saturday December 10th, as most of you will know I'm on crutches since a very early age,so 5km on crutches is a going to be a little more challenging! Fingers crossed i make it over the finsh line!!
