My mother sadly passed away 17th February 2023 suffering with dementia,  pneumonia, and chronic renal failure.

St Peters Hospital palliative care ward were so amazing and allowed my mother the dignity and medication to allow her gentle passing. 

I was with her right to the end, sleeping on the ward 24/7 for her last 5 days and she passed away with me holding her hand as she drifted peacefully away. 

I am once again raising money and awareness for Dementia and Alzheimers by training wearing a 20kg armored vest at "Just Train", circuits and Cross fit and at my little gym and Pilates at the "Yoga Lounge". I rest on Sunday.
