I am running the great north run to raise money for the charity Humankind, they are the overriding charity for Mil-SMART, for which I am a facilitator, we run mutual support groups for service personnel and veterans that struggle with addictive behaviours. This group have literally saved lives including mine so this  is me giving back so we can continue to provide support and advice and help our service community make the right choices and ultimately live a balanced life.
