My self styled indoor triathlon consists of a 10k row, 30k on the bike followed by a 10k run on the treadmill. Please see below for why I have taken on this challenge. 

For many months I followed my friends Facebook page about her son George who was battling a brain tumour. The page was always full of hope and despite what George was going through he was always smiling. He unfortunately lost his battle earlier this year and I decided I would like to give myself a challenge in his memory. 

Louise decided that Brain Tumour Research would be the ideal charity. Thank You in advance for any donation and if anybody could give me some encouragement as well then it will also be greatly appreciated.
