A Charity Cycle to raise funds for Coleg Elidyr a residential communities college providing further education for young people aged 18-25 with learning difficulties and disabilities. Raising funds for a leisure building to house gym equipment and an area for learners to relax whilst keeping fit and healthy.
1200 hrs Mon 28 - 1000 hrs Fri 02 Oct , individual, or part of a team DMRC staff members will complete 225 miles entirely gym based, run, row, swim, cycle, cross trainer or hand bike to tally up the distance from Headley Court to Coleg Elidyr in Camarthenshire wales. This will be done in and around normal working hours. With a opportunity to finish in style with a 24hr window on Thurs 1 Oct to finish the distance and perhaps more.
