Last year I had a cardiac procedure to clear blocked arteries which was successful.  The recovery rehab programme is excellent and I still attend weekly gym class run by Hearts & Souls charity.  Their work is excellent and life-saving.  H & S need to raise money to continue their vital work and I want to help repay them for making my life healthier and safer.
