To mark the occasion of my 40th birthday I am planning on running The Bay Limestone Round this December to raise money for St John's Hospice.

St John's Hospice is a great local charity who give free palliative care to people with life shortening conditions and provide support to their families during the most difficult of times.  More than ever local charities need our support.

The Bay Limestone Round is a 55 mile trail running challenge.  The route includes 8700 feet of accent as the route visits 13 summits surrounding Morecambe Bay.  It will provide a significant challenge, especially in December.   Full details can be found here:  https://bay-limestone-round.org.uk/
