The Lakeland 50 is a 50 mile Ultra Marathon through the Lake District in Cumbria with around 3,100m ascent.  This is a huge personal challenge and I'm going to be training really hard to achieve it.  I've always been lucky enough to be able to access sport and exercise when I've wanted to (Probably should have done more!!) but some don't have such easy access.  Epic Kidz provide small grants to community groups in the North West of England to provide sporting opportunities for children and families.  It would be great if you could help me support their work.
