On the 30th January 2016 I gave up a psychoactive drug, so called legal high, which had been a part of my life for a long time. I became unwell because of them and NOW, I am glad to say, that I am still in recovery and enjoying life to the full.

I am raising money for Justlife, which is a charity very close to my heart. Justlife has been a great support to my ever since they visited my when I came out of hospital. Justlife help people who live in emergency or temporary accommodation in Brighton & Hove and Manchester. They provide people with a wide range of much needed support, which is an amazing service in the local community. 

I would like, and appreciate, YOUR support on my Justgiving page so Justlife can fund workshops and group activities. They offer ongoing support for the hidden homeless during difficult times.
