In the past two years cancer has affected my close family life both with the passing of loved ones and also the strength and determination of loved ones to stand tall to fight and beat it!!!! I am a proud husband, son, brother and Grandson on many levels. 

I want to do my part to help raise money and show support to others that are affected by the horrid 'C' word.  

Please give as little or as much as you can and I promise to run my little legs off on Sunday 5th Feb 2017 at the London Winter Run. Come rain, snow or sleet I will be training hard over the winter months to honour you all.
