Dreams Come True is a national charity that enriches the lives of children with a disability, serious illness or life-limiting condition by making their dreams come true. It's the only UK wish granting charity supporting children in the highest areas of deprivation. www.dreamscometrue.uk.com

Story

I started playing ice hockey at the age of 4 however at the age of 12 I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. I found myself not only trying to deal with a "normal" teenage life but still trying to train and play my hockey as usual. Thanks to the support and help I received I've been able to play ice hockey at club and national level as well as roller hockey at International level.

Dreams Come True is a children's charity serving, Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland, bringing joy to terminally and seriously ill children by making their dreams come true.

I'm both honoured and privileged to have been selected to play for this charity, I hope to raise as much money as I can so that the dreams can come true for as many kids as possible. I'm sure that you will all get behind me and help me, every penny raised goes directly to the charity and every penny counts.

Thanks in advance for your kind donation

Josh
