Hopefully you can see I am running the Lancaster Half Marathon Sunday 8th November. I've been training hard in Manchester the last few weeks and now its the time to go the distance and see if I can keep going for 13miles in one go! Please help me support this Malaria Charity. Not everyone is as lucky as me and catches their malaria in Manchester!
