People who know me will be aware I have been living with kidney disease  for many years and whilst I have been lucky enough to feel well up to now the prospect for many is living on dialysis or a kidney transplant

So I thought it was about time I made an effort to raise money towards kidney research as there are 3 million people like me living with kidney disease in the UK right now. I've joined Teamkidney and I am taking on the Step into Christmas challenge  of 12000 steps per day for 12 days this December The money will help fund vital research and stop kidney disease destroying  peoples lives.
